Vegan Chocolate Mousse
A creamy, light, coconutty vegan chocolate mousse is a delicious way to end a meal. This classic dessert contains just five ingredients, and is very easy to prepare, and even easier to eat!
Ingredients
- Kara Coconut Cream (chilled) – 600ml
- Icing Sugar – 3/4th cup
- Powdered Cocoa – 7 tbs
- Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
- Vegan Dark Chocolate (chopped) or any of your choice – to garnish
Method
Whip together Kara coconut cream, icing sugar, powdered cocoa, and vanilla extract until it becomes a rich creamy texture. Pipe into serving bowls and garnish with chopped vegan dark chocolate.
